...if I only had a brain...

...it's a start, and a good one at that...
the kitties behaved...well, for them...
pestering to be petted, wanting our lunch,
...the "usual stuff"....

I have always appreciated the "craftsperson" at work...
I watched "This Old House", to watch "Norm"...
during this episode of "the Money Pit", I have seen
several craftspersons at work on my house !

Today, it was even more special because my very dear friend,
Mz Minka was the crafty one to watch...
I do OK painting walls, but I get tired of details
[my new right brainedness {is that even a word ?...}]
The skilled artisan is ever vigilant for the details...
and, they say, "God, is in the details"...

well, the ceiling and walls of my "hall" look wonderful...
there are NO little white paw prints on my wood floors,
[ splatters, drips or spots either...]
Sneaky Pie did climb up the ladder behind Mz Minka,
but promptly left without causing a problem...
I have NO clue as to where the paint on Lacys' nose came from,
but we spotted it and "removed" it without turmoil or trauma...

Now, if only I could figure out how to get pictures
from my camera to my computer...
[ I need a USB 2 plug and I have only USB 1??? ]
oh, well, one of these days ...
on that note, I'll close...
I'm getting ready to watch the conclusion of "Tin Man" on TV...
I'm really enjoying this series and can't wait until it's available on DVD...
I'm not sure why I like the character "Glitch" [Scarecrow...] so much...
perhaps I identify with the momentary lapses... anyway, I think that's it...
I'm not sure.... perhaps it will "come" to me if I just relax....
Oh ! no, that's not it...hummm... oh, well...
Oh, look ! a kitty ! ....

Yes, the cats were certainly very well behaved today! :) I think Sneaky Pie got it all out of her system when she gave the drop cloth a good whacking and ceremoniously kicked it "to shreds." After that she was no trouble at all. :D

...yes, and she has been "laying low" since...although Piglet gave me a lot of "help" when I was putting the flannel sheets on my bed...getting the way , whining, complaning about her food, demands to go "outside, NOW !"...in other words, a normal evening here in "catland"... thanks again for your "artistry"...
