...finally gone !!

yesterday, UnklePhil called me to let me know...
that he had followed-up with a call to the Mudville cops...
and that the white car which had been in front of my house...
since mid-August...
leaving me no "garbage can space"...
would be "gone" later that day...

since I took the call on my cell...
& had just gone past the white car...
as I backed out of my driveway...
I thought,"good riddance !"...

and when I returned home...



I found this...

some debris & dead leaves were all that was left...
