the advantage to "growing your own", is always...
the ability to leave them to vine-ripen...
and these have...
the large orange one is "Tangerine"...
there are also some "pink Caspians", "Brandywines" & "Ace"....
as well as "Lemon boy" and some other cools ones...
such as "green zebra"...
[when the silver stripes turn orangy-yellow...
they are dead ripe...]
"Mr. Stripey" [variegated inside too...]
and "Cherokee purple", which looks darker in person...
